Privacy policy (policy on the protection of personal information)
The Okinawa White Dental Clinic (hereinafter referred to as "the Clinic") has stipulated the following policy for the protection of personal information and it will promote the protection of personal information by establishing a system for the protection of personal information and ensuring that all of its employees are aware of the importance of the protection of personal information and take appropriate measures to protect that information.

Personal information received from patients is used to contact patients, to notify patients of the Clinic's services, and to respond to questions by sending emails and materials.
Prohibition of the disclosure and provision of personal information to a third party
The Clinic will properly manage personal information received from patients and never disclose it to any third party except in either of the following instances.
- Disclosure to a vendor commissioned by the Clinic to provide services requested by the patient with the patient's consent
- Disclosure is required for statutory reasons

The Clinic has implemented stringent security measures to ensure the accuracy and safety of personal information.
Access by patients
If a patient requests access to, modification of, or deletion of his or her personal information, the Clinic will act accordingly after confirming the patient's identity.

The Clinic complies with Japanese laws, regulations, and other standards applicable to the personal information that it possesses, and it will review this policy and endeavor to make improvements as appropriate.
